How does annual billing work?
Annual subscriptions are charged in full once a year and save two months compared with twelve monthly payments. The same plan allowances and features apply on either billing interval.
When do these plans take effect?
The beta plans apply when your organization moves to 2.0. Your workspace shows your current plan and available features.
Can I try Business features?
Eligible organizations can choose one full 14-day Business trial, with no card required and no automatic paid conversion. Free has no inactivity expiry.
What counts toward plan limits?
All organization members count toward your plan, including disabled members. Browser journeys have a five-minute minimum interval, configurable timeouts up to 10 minutes and no overlapping runs of the same journey at a given location.
Are SMS and voice included?
SMS and voice are planned for Premium and Business and unavailable during beta. There is no announced availability date. App paging is included on every plan; Basic adds email, and Premium and Business add integrations such as Slack. Available app and email sends have no commercial cap, subject to abuse protection and safety limits.
How does AI usage work?
Premium and Business include an AI allowance that resets each UTC calendar month, including annual subscriptions; it is not an annual pool. The workspace shows percentage used, percentage remaining and the reset date. Warnings appear as the allowance approaches exhaustion. AI pauses at exhaustion until reset, with no automatic overage charges; monitoring, paging and status pages continue normally.
What happens after a trial or downgrade?
Scheduled downgrades take effect at renewal. Warnings and a reduction page show current usage, target limits and what needs reducing. Additions beyond the target allowance are blocked. Existing resources continue during a 14-day reduction grace period. If usage remains above the target limits after grace, incident and maintenance publishing pauses; monitoring, paging and reduction actions remain available. Reduce usage or upgrade to restore publishing automatically. Resources are not automatically deleted.
